A Neatcall user who is using Microsoft Outlook 2007 would like to invite 3 colleagues from USA, Europe and Australia to a conference call. He asks Neatcall to schedule and initiate the conference call, selecting the optimal timing for the call, and providing him available conferencing bridge number and virtual room number he and his colleagues can login the conferencing.
